ARE Project – the breakdown

ARE Project stands for Assisting Rules Enforcer, it applies to our school prefects to help maintained the discipline of the students in general. Together with the Discipline and Prefects Comittee, the project took new step by including the school prefects to help teachers in maintaining the discipline. One of the objective for the project is to instill the sense of leadership amongst the prefects and the sense of care and awareness of their fellow peers.
Special book is provided for the projects with 4 students working taking turn each day. If the same person made the mistakes for 3 times within the week, he or she will be pull out from the ECA on saturday to attend counselling session for his or her behaviour. The project is still in pilot phase and much work is needed to improve the project for the near future.
